Patron Services
The Newcastle Entertainment Centre is dedicated to ensuring that every patron has a safe, satisfying and enjoyable experience at every event.
Location
Conveniently located six minutes from the centre of Newcastle. Access by car is via the main entrance off Griffiths Road. If travelling from the north or south of Newcastle, the F3 Freeway is only a short distance away. The Centre also has an on-site taxi rank and is only a short stroll to the Broadmeadow Train Station.

Disabled Facilities
Specific provisions have been made available for disabled persons including:
- Easily accessed seating areas available for every event. Tickets for disabled patrons and carers can be purchased through the Centre’s Ticketek Box Office.
- Disabled Rest Rooms are located throughout the Centre.
- Fully signed and reserved car parking areas.
- For patrons requiring special needs, please phone Reception on 49212100.
Cloak Room
Complimentary Cloak Room facilities are available.
Non-Smoking Policy
The Newcastle Entertainment Centre is a non-smoking venue. Patrons will not be permitted to smoke anywhere within the Centre’s facilities.
Alcohol Management Policy
Patrons wishing to enjoy a drink in our licensed areas will require photographic proof of age.
No alcohol or glass containers are to be brought into licensed areas and the consumption of alcohol is totally prohibited in the grounds surrounding the Entertainment Centre.
It is also an offence under the Liquor Licencing Laws for patrons to remove alcohol from the Centre. Patrons may incur a fine for breaching this law.
Merchandise
An extensive range of official merchandise is usally available for sale during events including items such a T Shirts, caps, poster, dvd’s, cd’s etc. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
